Industrial theodolite is an industrial grade photoelectric angle measuring instrument that measures the azimuth angle of the horizontal plane and the elevation angle of the vertical plane, with high accuracy. Fully open and programmable software interface, seamlessly compatible with your standard software and through serial communication and automated processes. Mobile and automated features provide highly guided and automated measurements for detection and assembly. Widely used in first and second order triangulation, astronomical measurement, and precision engineering measurement. Can be used under any conditions - whether indoors or outdoors.

Installation steps of theodolite

1. Set up the tripod
(1) Choose a solid ground to place the three legs of the tripod, and set the tripod head to an appropriate height to facilitate observation operations.
(2) Hang the pendant ball on the hook of the tripod, move the tripod head as horizontally as possible and roughly align the pendant ball with the measurement center of the ground, and then insert your toes into the ground to stabilize it.
2. Place the theodolite
After checking that the fixing screws of the tripod are tight, place the instrument on the tripod head and secure it with the central connecting screw.

The main uses of theodolite

Theodolite is mainly used to measure angles and scale points of construction projects, including the following:
Measure horizontal and vertical angles
locate points on line
looking for level differences
Extend measuring line
ranging curve
Speed measurement

Application fields of theodolite

Engineering survey: used to measure the angles and heights of buildings, roads, bridges and other buildings.
Geological Survey: Used to measure the angles and locations of terrain, landforms, and mineral resources.
Steering measurement: used for drilling, excavation and other operations in positioning and steering projects.
Building measurement: used to measure the verticality and horizontality of buildings to ensure construction quality.

The measuring principle of theodolite

Observe the target through the telescope, rotate the horizontal disk and the vertical disk to measure the changes in horizontal and vertical angles, thereby determining the coordinates of the target position.

Precautions for using theodolite

1. When aiming at the target, aim at its bottom as much as possible.
2. When using each spiral, do not use excessive force or force.
3. When taking the instrument out of the box, pay attention to the placement of the instrument in the box so that it can be put back as it is.
